Morosco Management & Inspection Service conducts thorough Inspections of all areas of each property in accordance with the latest HUD requirements utilizing the same software that REAC Inspectors use to produce a detailed report. We also instruct your staff with the details of this process and demonstrate tips to improve the quality of the property as well as the grade by HUD.
Morosco Management & Inspection Service has been Trained and Certified by HUD-REAC Morosco Management & Inspection will provide an inhouse inspection service for the Housing Authorities. We are committed to maintaining our knowledge of UPCS/HQS as current as possible in order to better appropriate the deficiencies we find. We strive to comply with the request and needs of the Housing Authority and the latest requirements of the Federal Register notices regarding the Uniform Physical Condition Standards and Housing Quality Standards.
Morosco Management & Inspection Service We will provide a complete inspection of all Sites, Buildings (Exteriors and Mechanical Systems), Units as well as Health and Safety Issues. We inspect from a Housing Management Point Of View as well as a REAC Inspector. Why? Because Morosco Management and Inspection has the experience actually working in Public, Assisted Housing and privately owned and subsidized Housing. We inspect to any additional requirements including, Local and State Codes, Housekeeping, and Pets as part of our standard inspection. We present a cooperative inspection attitude.

Morosco Management & Inspection Service Will use the latest technology to conduct the inspection including handheld computers and digital cameras. We present our report to the Housing Authority in Microsoft Access format as well as on a CD-ROM along with select photographs of all areas for your review.
